Low watering. Allow the compost to dry out completely between waterings. Water thoroughly, then allow any excess to drain away. Reduce watering significantly during winter.

If you're unsure whether it needs watering, wait another few days. ZZ Plants are far happier being kept slightly too dry than too wet. Wipe the leaves occasionally to keep them glossy and dust-free.
