FAQ'S
Do I need to book?
We recommend booking in advance so we can make sure we have enough time to repot your plant properly. If you're passing by, we'll always do our best to help, subject to availability.
Can I bring my own pot?
Absolutely! If you already have the perfect pot, simply bring it along and we'll happily repot your plant into it. We'll let you know if we think a different size would be better for your plant's health.
Can you supply a new pot?
Yes! We stock a wide range of indoor plant pots in different sizes and styles. If you haven't chosen one yet, we'll help you find the perfect pot during your appointment.
Can you add a moss pole or plant support?
Of course. If your plant would benefit from a moss pole, stake or other support, we can install it during the repotting service and show you how to care for it as it grows.
How long does repotting take?
Most repotting appointments take between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on the size of the plant and any additional work required. Larger plants or multiple plants may take a little longer.
You're welcome to wait in the shop while we complete the work, or leave your plant with us and collect it later that day at a time that's convenient for you.
What if my plant needs more than just repotting?
If we spot any signs of pests, disease or other plant health issues during the repotting process, we'll explain what we've found and discuss the best treatment options before carrying out any additional work.
