FAQ'S

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are recommended, but we may be able to help with walk-ins depending on availability.

Can you identify my plant?

We'll identify the pest and recommend the most effective treatment and care plan. To prevent pests spreading to our own stock, we don't accept infested plants into the shop. Instead, send us photos or get in touch before visiting and we'll guide you through the next steps.

What if my plant can't be saved?

We'll always be honest. If a plant can't be rescued, we'll explain why and help you choose a suitable replacement.

Can you repot my plant?

Yes. We can repot your plant using the most suitable soil mix, pot size and accessories such as moss poles or plant supports where needed. Repotting is charged based on the materials used and the time required, and we'll always discuss the cost with you before any work is carried out.

Can I just send photos?

Absolutely. Clear photos are often enough for us to identify common issues before you visit. Simply complete our enquiry form and we'll contact you with the best way to send your photos, or you can bring your plant into the shop if you'd prefer.
