Do I need an appointment?

No. You're welcome to visit during opening hours, but appointments are recommended for Plant Care Clinics, repotting services and larger consultations.

How quickly do you reply?

We aim to reply within one to two working days.

Can I send photos of my plant?

Absolutely. Clear photographs can often help us diagnose common issues before you visit.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. We offer local delivery across selected areas as well as collection from our shop.

Do you travel?

Yes. We offer home visits for large outdoor repotting jobs, office plant installations, commercial maintenance and selected workshops.
