💧

Water

Low to moderate watering. Allow the top half of the compost to dry out between waterings. Its thick leaves store moisture, making it more tolerant of missed waterings than overwatering.

🌱

Soil

Free-draining houseplant compost with added perlite or orchid bark to improve drainage and airflow around the roots.

🪴

Repot

Repot every 2–3 years in spring or when rootbound. Move up one pot size only. Peperomias prefer being slightly pot-bound.

💡 Joe's Top Tip

Rotate the pot every couple of weeks to encourage even growth. Wipe the leaves occasionally to keep them glossy and maximise light absorption.

⚠️ Common Mistake

Most people damage this plant by overwatering. Constantly wet compost quickly leads to root rot.

📅 When To Come Back To Us

Bring it back (or a photo) in 6–8 weeks if you want: • Repotting advice • A health check • Help propagating or encouraging bushier growth

🌿 Plant Fact
