Water
Moderate watering. Keep the compost lightly moist but never waterlogged. Allow the top few centimetres of compost to dry slightly between waterings. Peace Lilies will often droop when thirsty but usually recover quickly after watering.
Soil
Free-draining houseplant compost with added perlite to improve drainage while retaining light moisture.
Repot
Repot every 1–2 years in spring if rootbound. Move up one pot size only. Peace Lilies flower best when slightly pot-bound.

Bright, indirect light encourages more frequent flowering, although this variety will tolerate lower light levels. Wipe the leaves regularly to remove dust and help the plant photosynthesise efficiently.

Most people struggle with Peace Lilies by overwatering or assuming every drooping leaf means the plant is dying. They naturally wilt when thirsty and usually perk up within a few hours of being watered.
