Low to moderate watering. Allow the top half of the compost to dry out between waterings. The thick leaves store moisture, making this plant more tolerant of underwatering than overwatering.

Repot every 2â3 years in spring or when rootbound. Move up one pot size only. Peperomias prefer to be slightly pot-bound.

Bright, indirect light keeps the leaves glossy and encourages compact growth. Rotate the pot every few weeks so the plant grows evenly, and wipe the leaves occasionally to remove dust.
