Monstera adansonii, commonly known as the Monkey Leaf, is a fast-growing tropical climber loved for its distinctive fenestrated (“holey”) leaves. With a trailing or climbing habit, it brings a lush jungle feel to shelves, hanging pots, or moss poles.

Give it something to climb, like a moss pole, if you want bigger more dramatic leaves. Otherwise let it trail naturally for a softer look.

⚠️ Common Mistake

Too little light. You’ll end up with small leaves and fewer holes, which defeats the whole point of owning a Monkey Leaf.
