2. Products & Availability
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate.
As plants are natural living products, variations in size, colour, shape and fullness should be expected.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities available
- Discontinue products at any time
- Refuse or cancel orders where necessary
- Update pricing or product descriptions without prior notice
3. Plant Care Responsibility
Once plants have been delivered or collected, responsibility for their ongoing care passes to the customer.
While we provide care advice wherever possible, we cannot guarantee plant health where damage results from incorrect care, unsuitable conditions, pests, frost, pets, accidental damage or other environmental factors.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Incorrect pricing has occurred
- Stock is unavailable
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated delivery times displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to seasonal demand, weather conditions or courier delays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Delivery details are accurate
- Someone is available to receive the order where required
- Any nominated safe place is suitable for live plants
We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout.
6. Local Delivery & Collection
Customers requesting local delivery or collection must ensure suitable access is available.
Collection orders should be collected within a reasonable timeframe unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
7. Returns & Refunds
Under UK consumer regulations, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Returned items must be unused and suitable for resale.
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns may be refused where plants show signs of neglect or incorrect care after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
8. Workshops & Events
Workshop and event bookings may require payment or a deposit at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before an event may be transferred or refunded.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops where necessary.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
E-gift cards and wooden gift vouchers remain valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
10. Office Installations & Private Bookings
Quotes for office plant installations, private workshops and event bookings remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Travel
- Setup
- Venue requirements
- Maintenance visits
- Specialist installations
11. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse this website
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
- Use our content, images or branding without written permission
12. Privacy
Any personal information submitted through this website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Limitation of Liability
Joe's Plant Place shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Plant loss resulting from incorrect care after delivery
- Delays caused by third-party couriers
- Events outside our reasonable control
Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
